Our theme for this year’s leadership conference is rooted in Isaiah 6:8: “Here I am; send me.” These words are more than a scripture - they are a personal response. A “yes” requires courage, trust, and surrender, and we see powerful examples of individuals in the Bible who answered that same call. Like them, we are called not only to be willing, but to step forward. To go where we are needed. To meet the moment, even when it feels uncertain.

This Leadership Conference is for women of all ages—junior high and older—because every one of you is leading someone. Whether you’re a pastor’s wife, Bible study teacher, ministry leader, volunteer, mentor, mother, or simply sensing God’s call to step up and lead, this conference is for you.

Come be encouraged, equipped, and challenged to take your next step in faith. You’ll hear powerful teaching, connect with other women, and leave with practical ways to live out God’s calling on your life.

You’ll also have the opportunity to meet leaders from ministries and organizations that are actively making a difference right now. Ask questions, hear their stories, discover ways to serve, and find out how you can get involved.
